From “which of those skills can I monetize?” to a consultancy for small companies, with a client starting the week the programme ended.
Twelve weeks, a group of six, one outcome: your expertise turned into one priced offer, in front of real buyers who give you a yes or a no.
You've done the research, asked AI, maybe taken a course. You have ten or more years of experience, built across companies and countries. And still, the offer lives in your notes.
My clients describe that starting point almost word for word. “I was very confused about which of those skills I can monetize,” said Naville (previous client). “I come up with like 10 new ideas every day,” said Line (previous client).
If you've read my posts, joined a workshop, come to my community or listened to Business Sparks, you've heard me say it: you can't think your way into the perfect business. Knowing is rarely what's missing. What's missing is a decision, and a conversation with a buyer.

“I know I'm good at what I do. But I still struggle to explain why someone should choose me.”
You've rebuilt your career in more than one country, and each move cost you the network that would help you narrow things down. So your offer has been built in your head, with nobody to test it on.
You'd like to start something on the side before you leap. Instead it lives in a notes app, a half-finished deck, or a logo for a business you haven't named yet.
Leaving felt right. But you rewrite your offer every time you see someone doing something different, and download another free guide instead of talking to potential clients.
This isn't for someone starting from zero. It's for people with real experience who are ready to talk to buyers. The real risk isn't choosing the wrong idea. It's spending another six months thinking about it, with nothing to test, sell or learn from.
Someone asks what you do. You answer in one sentence, and they ask how it works.
You message two people on your list. One books a call. You name your price and ask for a decision.
Someone asks how the business is going. You don't describe a plan. You say how many people you've spoken to this month, and what they said.
The 12 weeks are built on SPARK, the method I use with every client. Each step ends with something written down that the next one builds on.
What you build: A 12-week commercial focus, and an Edge Statement: why people trust, choose and pay you, backed by evidence.
What you build: The problem you solve in your buyers' own words, what it costs them, and the result they already ask for.
What you build: A priority audience defined by their situation and the trigger that makes them look for help, checked with real people.
What you build: A transformation statement and a one-page offer with scope and price, presented to at least one person.
What you build: Start conversations with prospects, present your offer and ask for a decision, start posting about your work, and plan your next 90 days.
Every week follows the same rhythm. You bring something real to each session and leave with one action that involves a real person. In the break week, you keep your conversations going.
Everything for your cohort lives in one shared Notion space: the 12 weekly worksheets, session notes and recordings, and a library of templates and tools. Here's a quick look at the current cohort's space.
About a quarter of each call is teaching. The rest is you working on your own business, live, with feedback. That's why live attendance matters.
Each session ends with one action involving a real person, and you report back at the next call. The things you've been putting off actually get done.
I give feedback on your offer, posts and messages in Slack, within 24 hours.
No website, logo or content plan until real buyers have responded to your offer.

personal and repeatable
I spent 7+ years in sales, customer success and marketing in tech before becoming an ICF ACC certified coach, so I read your offer the way a buyer would. I've lived abroad for almost 12 years and built my business in Copenhagen with no local network.
To fill my last cohort I didn't use automated DMs. I personally invited 25 people, which led to 9 calls and 3 sign-ups in the first week. That's the kind of selling I teach: personal and repeatable.

From “which of those skills can I monetize?” to a consultancy for small companies, with a client starting the week the programme ended.

Shaped an idea he'd carried for two years into a framework and tested it with real people.
“I don't think that would have happened if I had just been on my own.”

Brought energy, NGO and psychology experience together into one direction.
“It's been really, you know, life changing and inspiring.”
Having someone challenge me and gently push me out of my comfort zone is exactly what I needed. Sometimes we do not need another strategy or more time sitting comfortably in our own heads.

6 paying clients and around €9,000 in 3 months, plus a magazine feature.
“Val's program finally gave me the confidence to start my own business.”Read the case study

Left a brand marketing role at a VC fund and started her own consultancy ahead of plan.
“Our timeline was like next year sometime. And now I'm already finding myself in that position.”
“I GOT THE CLIENT! I will be working with him for three months, helping him transition into a CEO role.”
“I have never exposed myself as much as I have during the time of this programme. I've been having great conversations with people I never thought I had.”
“Understanding which skills are hobbies and which can be monetized. Giving actionable content and not just theory.”
“There was a structure and accountability that helped me move forward. The biggest help was in getting me started.”
One well-priced client can often cover the investment.

I won't promise clients or revenue: that depends on your market and your conversations. I do promise this. Come to the calls and do the weekly action, and you'll finish with a priced offer you've presented to at least 5 real buyers. If you haven't reached 5 by week 12, you join the next cohort's live calls free until you have.
Yes. All coaching is online, and most of my clients live outside Denmark. I've worked with internationals in France, Spain, Italy, Denmark and Honduras: an American in France, a Norwegian in Spain, a New Zealander in Italy. What matters is your experience and your market, not your postcode.
Which data, exactly? If you can name the question, the fastest answer comes from the people who might buy, and that's what we do here. If you're unsure whether you want to work for yourself at all, tell me and we'll find the right first step.
Start with what one client is worth to you. Naville, from the group programme, signed a 3-month client as the programme ended. 1:1 clients using the same method have gone further: Grace earned about 4 times her investment, and Line had a client on a retainer before we finished. I can't promise you the same result, but everything in the 12 weeks is aimed at getting your offer in front of people who can pay for it.
You can't know for sure, and I won't pretend otherwise. What you can control is how quickly your offer meets real buyers, which is what the programme is for, and my promise covers you if you do the work and haven't reached 5 buyers by week 12. You can also spread the cost over 3 monthly payments. If this would put you under real financial pressure, tell me when you apply and we'll talk honestly about timing.
Every session is recorded, and you can ask questions in Slack. But the live call is where the work happens, so plan to be there whenever you can.
Yes. I share materials on positioning your LinkedIn profile, and templates for your profile, posts and messages. It isn't a copywriting course, though: most of the time goes on what you sell and getting it in front of buyers.
It works for internationals in any country, because I don't hand you a blanket approach. I guide you through finding out what works for your skills, your buyers and your market. It has worked for my American client in France, my Norwegian client in Spain and my New Zealand client in Italy, among others.
Only you can answer that. But if you're looking for someone with a real commercial and coaching background, who understands life and business abroad because I've been there, who tells it as it is with honesty and transparency, and who cares about action rather than empty words, that's me.
It depends on your stage and the support you need. The group is for turning your expertise into a clear offer and testing it with real buyers, with feedback from people who are building too. 1:1 coaching is for people who already have a clear offer or their first paying clients, but no reliable system for getting through the door. It runs over 6 months, is fully personalised and gives you more of my support. If that sounds like you, see 1:1 coaching.
